LEE'S CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked, diced
1/2 of 12 oz. bag fettuccine noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. onion, chopped fine
1/3 c. red pepper, chopped fine
2 tbsp. butter

POSSIBLE TOPPINGS:

Sliced almonds
Bread crumbs
Cracker crumbs
Potato chips

Cook 2 whole chicken breasts in pot of water with salt to taste. Remove chicken, reserving broth. Cook noodles in broth al dente. Saute onion, celery, red pepper until tender.

Combine cooked noodles with all other ingredients. Put in a buttered casserole and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. You can top with your favorite topping - suggestions above.
