TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 can tuna, 6 1/2 oz.
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 sm. can peas
1 c. cracker or potato chip crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
4 oz. noodles (cooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

(May substitute a cup of chicken instead of tuna.)

Add everything but cracker crumbs, noodles and cheese. Mix well. Then alternate tuna mixture, crumbs, noodles and cheese. On top sprinkle leftover crumbs and cheese. Cover. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 2 quart casserole. 4-6 servings.
