3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. half and half
2 c. shredded cheese
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

In large bowl, mix together the first 5 ingredients until blended. Spoon into unbaked unthawed pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes until knife comes out clean.
