1 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. vinegar (opt.)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. flour

Place in crock pot and cook. May have to add water occasionally.
