1/4 cup butter
8 oz's cream cheese
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
3 cups 2 % milk
1 small package of vanilla instant pudding
12 oz's cool whip
2 bags of oreo cookies

(Do not substitute ingredients for a lower fat variety as this will drastically change the consistency.)

Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix together milk, pudding and cool whip. Add pudding mixture to cream cheese mixture gradually. Mix until well blended. Crush 1 1/2 bags of oreos in a blender. To make dirt cake, use any pan/dish for a large serving or use glasses/cups for individual servings. Start with thin layer of oreos, then layer with mixture and so on. Top layer should be oreos.

Makes a large portion - may need two containers or several glasses.
