CHILI TURKEY OR CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
4 c. diced turkey or chicken
1 can chopped green chiles
1 med, onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
9 tortillas, buttered
1 lb. grated sharp cheese
1 c. chicken broth

Combine meat, chiles, onions and soup. Cut tortillas in half; arrange 6 halves over bottom of casserole. Spread 1/3 of mixture over tortillas and top with 1/3 of cheese. Repeat twice more. Pour broth over all. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
