BLUEBERRY CAKE ROLL | |
1 c. flour 1 c. pecans 1 stick butter 1 sm. Cool Whip 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix flour, pecans, and butter and press in a square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, then cool. Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and put on top of first layer, chill. Top with a can of blueberry pie filling, refrigerate. |
