BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP | |
2 stacks Town House crackers, crushed 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing 2 sticks butter 2 lg. onions, diced 1 green pepper, diced 3/4 tsp. thyme 2 cans minced clams, drained 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 20 lg. shrimp 1 tbsp. parsley 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Saute onion, butter, and green pepper until tender. Add parsley, thyme, and clams. Mix. Add stuffing, crackers, salt, and pepper. Add garlic powder. Devein and peel shrimp. Place in shallow baking dish, tails facing up and outside. Add stuffing to middle of each shrimp. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes until tails curl up. |
