CHICKEN ADOBE 
Legs, thighs, wings or a whole fryer

Brown the fryer with 2 tbsp. of lemon juice.

Add: 1/3 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar Approx. 2 c. water 1 whole onion 2 cloves garlic

Simmer until chicken is tender. Serve with rice and gravy. Can be used over rice. Good served with carrots as a side dish.
