CHICKEN AND RICE 
2 lbs. chicken cutlets
1 c. rice
1 pkg. broccoli
1 onion, chopped
butter
Soy sauce

Cook rice and set aside. Cook broccoli and set aside. Saute one chopped onion in butter until golden. Cut chicken cutlets into chunks. Cook (fry) in butter until done. Combine chicken, rice, broccoli, and onion; sprinkle on soy sauce to taste.
