IRISH POTATOES 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 oz. coconut

Blend all but sugar. When well mixed add sugar and knead until blended. Roll into little balls (walnut size). Roll each ball in cinnamon to cover candy. Makes 1 1/3 lb. candy.
