BUTTERSCOTCH OVERNIGHT COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
3 eggs
3 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Cream sugar and butter. Add beaten eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients. Form into 2 rolls, chill, slice and bake at 375 degrees until done.
