ZUCCHINI JELLY 
7 c. shredded zucchini
4 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple in juice
1 lg. box Jello (any flavor)

Mix everything except the Jello. Boil for 10 minutes. Stir in the Jello. Fill jars and seal. Hot pack. Thickens by the next day.
