3 egg whites
2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 c. frozen apple juice concentrate
1 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. Grape Nuts cereal
1 c. raisins

Beat egg whites until foamy. Add applesauce and juices to egg whites. Combine dry ingredients. Drop onto non-stick baking sheet by teaspoon. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
