APPLE MINCE PIE 
1 unbaked pie crust
1 1/4 c. chopped apples
3 c. mincemeat
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Prepare mincemeat according to directions on package. Mix together mincemeat and apples; place in pan. Heat thoroughly. Add lemon juice; mix well. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Place in unbaked pie shell. Make lattice top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool on rack.
