APPLE TURKEY LOAF 
2 med. green apples (grated)
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion (chopped)
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. ground coriander
1/4 c. minced parsley
2 lbs. ground, lean turkey
1 lg. egg
2/3 c. fine, dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk

Melt butter in frying pan. Add apples, onions. Stir over heat until onions are lightly browned (about 15 minutes). Add curry and coriander and parsley, cooking 3 more minutes. Mix other ingredients and add to apple mixture. Put in 5 x 9 oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done in center (about 1 hour).
