PEACH - PLUM JAM 
4 c. peaches (sm. pieces)
5 c. red plums (sm. pieces)
8 c. sugar
1 lemon, thinly sliced

Mix all ingredients in large pan, boiling rapidly and stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat, skim foam off and stir for 5 minutes. Put in hot jars and seal. Make 12 (1/2 pints).
