OVEN STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
3 potatoes, sliced
1/2 med. onion
3 carrots, sliced
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 head cabbage (opt.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Put stew meat in bottom of baking dish (do not brown). Place vegetables on top. Dot soup over all. Do not dilute soup. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
