MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. hot rise corn meal
1 c. regular flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cream style corn
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. diced Longhorn cheese
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 green pepper, diced
3 hot peppers or 3 tbsp. hot pepper

Bake as regular cornbread.
