BOSTON CREAM PIE 
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. hot milk

Beat eggs and vanilla until thick and creamy. Slowly add sugar and beat 5 minutes. Fold sifted dry ingredients into egg and sugar mixture. Heat milk and butter to boiling point and add all at once, mixing well. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Fill with pudding. Top with powdered sugar.
