MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
Onion to taste
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can pinto or kidney beans
1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Nacho, Corn or Tortilla chips
Your choice of shredded cheese

Line the bottom of a glass 9x13 baking pan with chips. Brown hamburger with onion. Drain fat. Add corn, beans tomato soup, and taco seasoning. Bring to boil and pour over chips.

Bake in a 350 F. oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over top of casserole. Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese is melted.
