CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can potato soup
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. shredded cheese
1 can French fried onions

Combine soup, milk, and salt, chicken, vegetables, and mushrooms, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes in 8 x 12 baking dish. Add rest of cheese and onions. Bake 5-10 minutes longer. 4-6 servings.
