BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 sticks melted butter
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar

FILLING:

2 sticks softened butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
6-7 bananas
Lemon juice for dipping bananas
2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
1 lg. Cool Whip
Chopped nuts
Cherries
Chocolate syrup

CRUST: Combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press against bottom and sides of 9x13 inch pan.

FILLING: Place 2 sticks softened butter, confectioners' sugar, eggs and vanilla in mixing bowl. Beat 15-20 minutes with electric mixer. Spread on crust. Slice bananas crosswise (dipped in lemon juice). Arrange on batter. Spread well-drained pineapple over bananas. Spread Cool Whip over pineapple. Sprinkle with nuts, cherries and chocolate syrup. Chill and serve.
