TACO BEEF SOUP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, cut up
1 (16 oz.) can sm. red beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. taco seasoning
1 sm. avocado, peeled, seeded, cut up
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Corn chips
Sour cream

In a large saucepan cook beef and onion until meat is browned; drain fat. Add water and tomatoes, undrained, beans, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning. Add avocado. Serve with shredded cheese, corn chips and sour cream. Serves 6.
