TERIYAKI STEAK 
1/4 lb. sirloin per person
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 clove garlic, mashed
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger root, ground

Mix all ingredients, warm slightly, add meat soak 2 hours in refrigerator, turn at least 3 times. Cook on hot grill as any other steak, serve with other oriental foods.
