MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
CAKE:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
2 sticks (1 c.) butter, melted
1 sm. can angel flake coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

FILLING:

1 jar marshmallow creme

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. (or less) milk
Vanilla

Cake: Combine all cake ingredients. Pour into sheet cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and immediately spread with 1 jar marshmallow creme. Cool.

Icing: Beat icing ingredients well. (If you use electric mixer, use less milk.) Spread on cooled cake, on top of marshmallow creme. When cake is cold, cut into squares. Very rich and yummy!
