FRIED RAMEN WITH CHICKEN
(COLLEGE LOVE)
 
1 pkg. ramen noodles (any flavor)
2 cups water
1/4 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1/2 (12 oz.) can premium chunk chicken (Swanson)
salt, to taste

Boil 2 cups water. Split ramen into two halves - put in boiling water.

Coat bottom of a frying pan with apple cider vinegar, sauté onions and garlic until vinegar is gone. Drain ramen noodles and coat with 2 tablespoons butter. Add to onions and garlic, sauté stirring occasionally. Add extra butter to coat noodles if necessary.

Once noodles are almost all golden, add canned chicken. Stir. Once noodles are all golden, remove from heat and serve.

Recipe may be doubled.
