CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 lb. white chicken meat, cooked & chopped
1 sm. head lettuce, shredded
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
2 oz. Sai Foon (bean thread), deep fried until light brown
4 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. toasted almonds, chopped OR peanuts OR cashews

DRESSING:

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Accent
1/4 c. sesame oil

Combine ingredients and mix just before serving. Garnish with Chinese parsley.
