BARBECUE CHICKEN 
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 onion, chopped and browned in 2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown chicken dredged in flour mixture of flour, seasoning salt, salt, pepper, little poultry seasoning, if desired. Drain. Cover with sauce. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Rod Garner did this chicken in a Dutch oven all over the state. If you do in a Dutch oven, reduce the water by at least half.
