SIMPLE BARBECUE CHICKEN 
Lay 3 pounds cut cup chicken as flat as possible on broiling pan. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, seasoning salt and poultry seasoning. Broil at 340 degrees until tender and brown, about 25 minutes. Brush chicken with favorite barbecue sauce and broil for 5 more minutes. Turn other side and repeat procedure.
