PEACH CRISP 
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. oats
1/3 c. butter, softened
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange sliced peaches in greased square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over peaches. Bake until topping is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
