SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 c. cubed cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix well and bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
