MARY'S MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground round steak
1 lb. mild Italian sausage
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
Squeeze butter
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can onion soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c. scallions and sm. green onions
2 tsp. ketchup
Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk

Use large salad bowl to mix. Put all ingredients in bowl and toss; mix well. Form into loaf. Place in pan or casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

After 45 minutes pour 1 can stewed tomatoes over loaf and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover until you serve. Serve 6-8 hungry eaters!
