BEEF AND BEAN BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. can biscuits
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets. Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in pork-n-beans, catsup, onion, mustard, and salt; simmer about 10 minutes.

On cookie sheets, pat out each biscuit to a 4-inch circle. Spoon about 2 tablespoons meat mixture over each biscuit. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees 15-18 minutes until crust is golden brown. Refrigerate any leftovers.
