SCALLOPED POTATOES 
5 lbs. potatoes
1 pkg. Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of onion or mushroom soup
1 med. onion
Salt
Pepper

In a large crock pot layer sliced potatoes, small amount of cheese, 1/4 can of each soup, diced onion and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Continue layering until all ingredients are added. Cook on medium heat for 3 to 4 hours or until potatoes break when forked. Stir occasionally. (This recipe may also be microwaved. Prepare as directed in a microwaveable dish and microwave for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes and check for tenderness.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
