DESSERT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pimento cheese
1 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. pineapple chunks
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. green pepper, sliced thin
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Dissolve lime Jello in 1/2 cup boiling water, set aside. Blend cream cheese with pineapple juice, a little at a time, until smooth. Stir mixture into dissolved Jello. Then add salt and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in pineapple, nut meats, then peppers. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Serves 6. 278 calories. Can be used as salad any time, not only dessert.
