RASPBERRY COCONUT CREAM PIE | |
1 (about 2 oz.) pkg. sugar free dessert topping mix 1 lg. box instant sugar free vanilla pudding 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut 1 tbsp. orange juice 1/2 c. Smuckers Simply Fruit raspberry jelly 9 inch baked pie shell Bake pie shell. Prepare dessert topping mix as directed on package. Fold in pudding and 1 cup coconut. Pour into baked pie shell. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Chill at least 2 hours or until set. Stir orange juice into jelly; serve with pie as a topping. |
