RASPBERRY CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
3 c. fruit

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a cup. Beat 2 eggs. Combine all ingredients including fruit, pour into unbaked pie crust.

Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Turn oven to 350 degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes.

Peaches or rhubarb may be used instead of raspberries for the fruit.
