POPCORN CRUNCH
Non-stick spray coating
1 1/2 lb. chocolate-flavored candy coating, cut up
3 tbsp. peanut butter
14 c. popped popcorn
3 c. rice cereal, crisp
2 c. dry roasted peanuts

Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick coating; set aside. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine candy coating and peanut butter. Cook on 100 percent power until coating is melted, about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute.

Meanwhile, in a very large bowl, combine popcorn, cereal and peanuts. Pour warm melted coating mixture over popcorn mixture, tossing to coat well. Spread onto a prepared cookie sheet, cool thoroughly. Break apart and store in a tightly covered container for as long as 5 days. Makes 22 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
