ASPARAGUS BAKE 
1 can asparagus, drained
1/4 c. chopped (red sweet) pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. mild cheddar cheese, grated (Velveeta works fine)
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 egg white, beaten until stiff

Drain asparagus. Place in shallow 1 quart dish with chopped sweet pepper. Combine mayonnaise, grated cheese and green onion. Now fold in egg white; spread over the asparagus. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until heated through and set. Can microwave 4 minutes on high or until heated and set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
