ASPARAGUS FONDUE BAKE 
1 c. fine bread crumbs
2 c. milk
1 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. butter
2 c. cut asparagus (cook and drained)

Soak crumbs in milk. Add shredded cheese (1 1/2 cup). Beat egg yolks, seasonings, and butter. Add 2 cups asparagus. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.

Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Top with 1/4 cup cheese. Serves 6. Bake at 325 degrees until thickened and slightly browned.
