NEVER FAIL "HOT ROLLS" 
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pkg. yeast in warm water

Combine milk, Crisco and sugar. Blend well. Heat to lukewarm. Sift dry ingredients and add to milk mixture. Add dissolved yeast and mix. Place in a greased bowl. Let rise in a warm place until double in bulk. Roll out or form cloverleaf rolls. Let rise. Bake. Remaining dough may be kept in refrigerator.
