SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
8-10 med. potatoes
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sour cram
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. grated cheese
Paprika

Cook and mash potatoes (using more milk than usual). Beat in cream cheese, sour cream and salt. Place in greased casserole. Add butter and sprinkle with paprika. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 30 minutes.
