SOUR CREAM AND CHIVE POTATOES 
6-8 med. potatoes
2 1/2 to 3 tbsp. chopped chives
1 c. sour cream
Mild cheddar cheese

Boil and mash potatoes. Add chives and sour cream. Mix with potatoes. Place in casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until all cheese is melted.
