EGG NOG PIE 
1 tsp. Knox gelatin
1 tbsp. water
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
Graham cracker pie crust
Nutmeg

Soak gelatin in water.

1. Combine milk, sugar, cornstarch and salt in double boiler cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.

2. Beat yolks and add to hot mixture VERY, VERY, slowly, while stirring and gelatin and stir vigorously to remove lumps.

3. Stir in butter and set aside for 1/2 hour.

4. Add vanilla to cooled mixture.

5. Whip cream until stiff. Add to cooled mixture and pour into pie shell, sprinkle with nutmeg. Refrigerate 24 hours.
