SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 3/4 c. flour
2 c. blueberries (optional)

Cream together butter, sugar and salt. Add eggs, sour cream, baking soda, flour and mix well. Fold in blueberries, if desired. Fill muffin cups and bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
