ECLAIR CAKE 
3 c. milk
2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 box vanilla wafers
Double stuff Oreo cookies (crumbled 1/2 pkg.)

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix milk and pudding mix until lumps disappears. Blend in Cool Whip. Layer vanilla wafers in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour pudding 1/3 over wafer layer Oreo cookies over pudding. Pour remaining pudding over Oreo cookies. Layer with vanilla wafers.

Mix sugar, cocoa and milk; bring to a full boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter. Cool slightly 5 minutes and pour over cake. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
