GERMAN CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. (10 crackers) graham crackers, crumbled
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. sugar

Press in bottom of springform pan, medium size.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into springform pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes, maybe 3-5 minutes longer. The top will split a little when done.

TOPPING:

2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour over cooled cake and sprinkle a little cinnamon for decoration. Bake at 425 degrees for 5-8 minutes. Refrigerate 8-12 hours.
