GERMAN CHEESECAKE 
1 c. plus 4 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 lb. melted butter

Mix into ball and pat into pie plate.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon on top

Mix sugar, flour, beaten eggs in mixer. Add cream cheese, stir until almost smooth. Add milk and vanilla and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes in 9 inch pie plate.
