PORK CHOP CHILI 
2 cans tomatoes
2 cans hot green chiles, chopped
1 lb. pork chops
1/4 c. hot sauce, if desired

Flour pork chops. Brown on both sides. Cool. Then cut chops into bite-size pieces. You can leave bone in or take out. Add all ingredients together and simmer 1 hour. More tomatoes and chiles can be added to suit your taste. Can be served over rice, or refried beans with a floured tortilla.
